Traditional Colombian style with cheese. Sold in platters of 12.
Full Lunch
Fully catered lunch including 3 dishes of your choosing. Options include charcuterie boards, mofongo, mangu, plantain slices/rolls, rice, tostones, palitos de queso, tres leches, flan, and more. Minimum of 8 people.
About Chef Tanny
Tanny is a natural born entrepreneur. She was born in Colombia and moved to the states at the age of 8. She always loved cooking but prioritized her career in social services. During her time in corporate, she started selling empanadas to friends and quickly grew a following throughout Connecticut and New York. In 2023, she relocated to Dallas where she caters full time.
When she’s not in the kitchen or spending time with family, she loves to dance, paint, and explore nature.
Her motto is “dance like no one is watching”. That zest for life is infused in every one of her Small Bites.
